This is the payment page for the Asbury Park Fall Bazaar 2024! All vendors must receive an official invitation email before making payment.

TO CONFIRM YOUR SPACE:

  1. Please select your Location/Space that you were invited for via email below and Quantity should be ‘1’. Then fill out the form and click add to cart.

  2. Click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website and follow the steps to check out and complete payment.

  3. IMPORTANT: Please double check the accuracy of your application and only make payment for the space / location you were selected for and correct email address spelling before submitting payment.

  4. If done successfully, you will receive an email confirmation that payment was made. If not, please try again until you complete the payment process.

  5. Be sure to review our Vendor Agreement & Refund Policy before making payment here.

LOCATION, DATES & HOURS

  • When: Saturday & Sunday, September 28 & 29, 2024, 12-5 PM

  • Where: Two locations! Grand Arcade of Convention Hall, 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ (Saturday & Sunday) and The Asbury Hotel, 210 Fifth Ave, Asbury Park, NJ (Sunday). We recommend applying for various dates/locations, we are also seeking event sponsors and photo wall vendors.

VENDOR & SPONSOR FEES

  • Asbury Hotel HALL (SUN) - $200. 6 x 4 feet in the main event space. Non-tented, no electric.

  • Asbury Hotel LOUNGE (SUN) - $200. 6 x 4 feet in the pre-function space by main entranceway. Non-tented, no electric.

  • Grand Arcade OF CONVENTION HALL (SAT & SUN) - $230 per day. 9 x 5 ft wide space in a shared tent with electric and pop-up white tent provided.

  • PHOTO WALL / EVENTS-BASED BUSINESS PROMO. No fee. 1 events-based business needed per location. 10 feet of space where you will set up and display a branded photo wall and 6x4 feet of space to set up a table/booth to promote your events-based business i.e. florists, events & wedding businesses, sell products, etc.

  • EVENT SPONSOR: $600 Asbury Hotel (SUN). $800 Grand Arcade of Convention Hall (SAT & SUN). After approval, event sponsor will receive a 6 x 4 space, 1 social media post (24.7K followers on Instagram), a special blog feature and business highlight in our email promo (10K subscribers), and ability to place postcards / business cards at our welcome table at the event if you decide not to set up a booth. The value of all of this is greater than the cost of the sponsorship! This is great for new businesses or businesses looking to promote your brand further.

  • Note: You are not allowed to bring your own tent to any location.
