VENDOR AGREEMENT FORM:

2024 EVENTS

By signing up as a vendor to the Asbury Park Bazaar LLC, you agree to the following:

1.ORGANIZATION:

Asbury Park Bazaar, LLC (aka Asbury Park Bazaar, Atlantic City Bazaar, Bayshore Bazaar, and Long Branch Bazaar)

2. DATES, LOCATIONS & HOURS: Please refer to your vendor invitation email.

3. By signing up as a vendor and signing below you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to adhere to all Asbury Park Bazaar LLC's rules and regulations.

4. Regulations & Licenses: Vendors are responsible for compliance with applicable municipal, county, state and federal regulations. For Long Branch events only, food & beverage pre-packaged vendors must complete a special food permit with the City of Long Branch before the event. Click here.

5. No peddlers or unauthorized vendors will be permitted at the Bazaar.

6. SAFETY

Our goal is to provide a positive, safe experience for all. We will follow all State and Local Covid-19 Safety Guidelines required at the time of the event.

7. VENDOR SPACE, LOAD IN & LOAD OUT

Vendor Space: Please refer to vendor application page for vendor space sizes and details. We will also be emailing a vendor deck with all the info you need as we get closer to the event.

Vendor Load In & Load Out: Please refer to your vendor payment page for details. Vendor load out, load in, and vendor instructions will be sent to you closer to the event.

What to Bring: Please refer to the Vendor Deck for instructions on what to bring. Each seller must have a sign plainly visible identifying vendor name. Please do not set up outside of the boundaries of your space.

Sharing Spaces: We do not allow vendors to share spaces unless approved of in advance. In the Grand Arcade, vendors do share spaces under an 8 x 8 tent. For more information, please email team@asburyparkbazaar.com

What is Provided: Please refer to the vendor payment page on the event for details on what is provided.

Weather: The Bazaar will run rain or shine.

Safety/Cleanliness: Each vendor is responsible to maintain an aesthetically pleasing, clean and neat sales and work area, and thoroughly clean up the booth area when finished selling for the day (5 pm). In the case that you will be late or absent, due to weather or illness (please follow CDC guidelines for staff illness in relation to COVID-19 - please stay home if you/your staff is feeling ill), please notify Asbury Park Bazaar at team@asburyparkbazaar as early as possible.

Environmentally-Friendly: Paper bag, biodegradable plastic bag, or reusable bags are encouraged and preferred as customer packaging rather than single use plastic bags. You can also sell reusable branded bags on site.

8. REFUND POLICY.

Asbury Park/Long Branch: If there is a cancellation by the vendor: If a Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Asbury Park Bazaar by email to team@asburyparkbazaar.com. If cancellation notification is received more than 3 weeks before the vendor sell date, Vendor will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 3 weeks before the vendor sell date will not receive a refund. By cancelling, Vendor forfeits their spot the Bazaar.

If there is a cancellation by the Bazaar: If a cancellation of the Bazaar is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which may compromise the safety of vendors and participants, there will be a 65% refund to the Vendor.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to defend, pay on behalf of, Indemnify and hold harmless Asbury Park Bazaar, LLC and the VENUE, its elected and appointed officials, its agents, employees and volunteers, and Asbury Park Bazaar, LLC and its’ members against any and all claims, demands, suits, or loss, including all costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from the VENUE, its elected and appointed officials, Its agents, employees, volunteers and Asbury Park Bazaar LLC and its’ members, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury or death and/or property damage, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with the entity’s use of VENUE and/or its participation in Asbury Park Bazaar LLC’s events in general.
