Asbury Park Bazaar is excited to announce that we are hosting our Asbury Park Holiday Bazaar 2024 in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall (Black Friday, Nov 29th through Sunday, Dec 22nd) and at The Asbury Hotel (every Sunday, Dec 1-15th. Hours are 3-8 PM on Fridays and 12-5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Asbury Park Holiday Bazaar will showcase handcrafted goods and unique holiday gifts by local and regional artisans, holiday music and entertainment, food & libations, craft workshops, kids activities, festive décor, entertainment, and more! The Bazaar is inspired by the traditional “Weihnachtsmarkts" holiday markets held in Germany and was rated the best holiday market in New Jersey by Food & Wine.

We are now accepting vendor and sponsor applications below. You can select which location you are applying for in the application. Due to high demand, we suggest that you apply for various locations/dates/spaces. The Bazaar is a juried arts and crafts retail event. We are looking for stand-out local and regional artists, makers, and artisan vendors who personally make and/or design their own handcrafted, handmade goods that are independently distributed and sold, as well as vendors who sell pre-packaged foods, drinks and vintage or handmade fair trade products. We also accept vendors that design products that are produced in small quantities in the U.S. as well as local small businesses.

Non-refundable Application Fee: $10. This fee covers either the Convention Hall or Asbury Hotel locations. We encourage you to apply early. All applicants must pay the application fee to apply. All applications are reviewed by our creative team. The application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance.

ASBURY PARK HOLIDAY BAZAAR

WHEN: Friday, Nov 29th through Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024

WHERE: Two locations! Grand Arcade of Convention Hall, 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ (Friday, Saturday & Sunday Nov 29th-Dec 22nd) and The Asbury Hotel, 210 Fifth Ave, Asbury Park, NJ (Sundays only Dec 1st-15th). We recommend applying for various dates/locations, we are also seeking event sponsors and photo wall vendors. Please Note: Corner Spaces will also available - $20 per vendor per date (limited availability).

SPACES & FEES:

Asbury Hotel HALL (Sundays Only) - $200. Table only space - 6 x 4 feet in the main event space connected to Terrace and Lounge. No electric.

Asbury Hotel LOUNGE (Sundays Only) - $200. Table only space - 6 x 4 feet in the pre-function space by main entranceway connected to Hall. No electric.

Asbury Hotel TERRACE (Sundays only) - $225. Better for a larger set up! 8 x 8 ft in the terrace (covered by a giant, heated, Sperry tent) connected to Hall. No electric.

Grand Arcade OF CONVENTION HALL (FRI, SAT & SUN) - Fridays are $200 per day and Sat & Sundays are $230 per day. 9 x 5 ft wide space in a shared tent with electric and pop-up white tent provided. Vendors set up back to back and set up facing outward.

 

PHOTO WALL / EVENTS-BASED BUSINESS PROMO. No fee. Events-based business needed per location (can sign up for one weekend or more!) in the Grand Arcade and Asbury Hotel. 10 feet of space where you will set up and display a branded photo wall and 6x4 feet of space to set up a table/booth to promote your events-based business i.e. florists, events & wedding businesses, sell products, etc.

EVENT SPONSOR: $600 Asbury Hotel (SUN). $1,000 Grand Arcade of Convention Hall (FRI, SAT & SUN). After approval, event sponsor will receive a 7 x 4 ft. table (non-tented) booth space, 1 social media post (24.9K followers on Instagram), a special blog feature and business highlight in our email promo (10K subscribers), and ability to place postcards / business cards at our welcome table at the event if you decide not to set up a booth. The value of all of this is greater than the cost of the sponsorship! This is great for new businesses or businesses looking to promote your brand further.

WORKSHOP at Asbury Hotel (SUN): Host a holiday craft workshop indoors in the cafe hotel lobby at Asbury Hotel! $75 per workshop. Workshop participants promote their own event and keep 100% of ticket sales. Can fit 12-20 participants. Various times available.
