Our 1st Spring Disco Night Market was such a success, we are throwing another huge party! Mark your calendars for the 2024 Halloween Glow Party + Night Market on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 6-11 PM in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ presented by Asbury Park Bazaar, Asbury Park Boardwalk and Night Market Asbury Park. This 21+ event is all about dancing, one-of-a-kind street foods and libations, unique shopping, photo moments, fun activities, and connecting with friends. Tickets will be announced and go on sale soon - stay tuned!

APPLY AS A FOOD, RETAIL, OR EXPERIENTIAL VENDOR OR EVENT SPONSOR

  • When: Friday, October 25, 2024, 6-11 PM

  • Where: Grand Arcade of Convention Hall, 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712

  • Launch Event Estimated Guest Count: 600-800 throughout the night. Our last event SOLD OUT.

  • Event is 21+ only. Indoor Event.

  • Application Fee: $10 per applicant. We are now seeking 12 unique retail / experiential vendors, 5 food vendors, as well as Event Sponsors. The application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance or not.

APPLY AS A RETAIL / EXPERIENTIAL VENDOR

Details:

  • We are seeking 12 stand-out artists, designers, collectors, and experiential vendors.

  • The vendor fee is $250 and includes two tickets, one tent, and access to electricity.

  • Each vendor will set up back to back in one 10 x 10 white tent and will each have 10 x 5 ft of space.

  • This is a one day event and vendors must bring all set up needs i.e. tables, chairs, displays, banners, etc.

  • Each vendor will have access to electricity (a regular 120v outlet). Vendors must bring LED or battery-powered lights (no incandescents) and an extension cord with multiple outlets.

APPLY AS A FOOD VENDOR

Details:

  • We are seeking 5 pop-up food vendors or local restaurants focused on capturing the diverse flavors that capture the spirit of NJ’s vibrant gastronomic landscape. We are seeking only 1 dessert or sweet treat vendor.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own set-up at the event in a 10x10 space (bring all tables, certificate for fireproof tent, equipment, LED or battery powered lighting, etc.). *If you do not have a fireproof tent and are confirmed as a vendor, we will make accommodations based on your request.

  • Each food vendor will be allowed TWO 120v plugs. Any additional electricity is an extra fee. Vendor fee is starting at $250 and includes two tickets.

  • If accepted as a vendor, food vendors will also need to apply and pay for a permit with the local health department if you do not have a Monmouth County License.

Details:

  • We are seeking Event Sponsors for our 2nd Night Market. Our first event sold out so this is a great opportunity for your business or brand.

  • Showcase your brand: Show your brand off at the event, including table display options, handouts, giveaways, or Instagram-worthy branded photo stations.

  • Marketing potential: Sponsors can gain incredible exposure on our electronic communications including social media, website, emails and blog posts.

  • Sales & products: Event sponsors (if approved by venue) are able to set up a sponsor booth. Food & beverage sponsors will be featured at our on-site bars.
