Apply as a vendor of the Halloween Glow Party + Night Market, a dance party and night market experience brought to you by Asbury Park Bazaar, Asbury Park Boardwalk, and Night Market Asbury Park.

  • When: Friday, October 25th, 6:00 - 11:00 PM

  • Where: Grand Arcade of Convention Hall, 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712

  • Launch Event Estimated Guest Count: 600-800 throughout the night

  • Event is 21+ only. Indoor Event

We are seeking 12 stand-out artists, designers, collectors, and/or experiential vendors. The vendor fee is $250 and includes two tickets, one tent, and access to electricity. Each vendor will set up back to back in one 10 x 10 white tent and will each have 10 x 5 ft of space. This is a one day event and vendors must bring all set up needs i.e. tables, chairs, displays, banners, etc.

To apply:

  2. Fill out the application form

  3. Click on the shopping right icon in the upper right hand corner of the website and follow steps to check out and make payment. Make sure all of your information and application is correct before checking out. Double check the spelling of your EMAIL!!

  4. You will receive an email confirming we have received your application when completed.

  5. Once you receive an “accepted” email, email, you will move on to payment and registration. Once the registration form, contract and payment is completed (a week after receiving your acceptance email) that is when you are confirmed for this event.

  6. Applications are reviewed by our Creative Team. The $10 application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance.
