Apply as a vendor, photo wall or event sponsor below for the 2nd Annual Asbury Park Spring Disco + Night Market on Friday, April 11th, from 6-11 PM in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ! This event is hosted by Abury Park Bazaar, Asbury Park Boardwalk and Asbury Park Night Market. This 21+ event is all about dancing, one-of-a-kind street foods and libations, unique shopping, photo moments, fun activities, and connecting with friends. Tickets will be announced soon. Retail / Experiential Vendors

We are seeking 15-20 stand-out artists, designers, collectors, and experiential vendors.
The vendor fee is $200 and includes two tickets and access to electricity. We have both table (7x5 ft) and tent space (10x5 ft) availalable.
Vendors must bring all set up needs i.e. tables, chairs, displays, banners, etc.
Each vendor will have access to electricity (a regular 120v outlet). Vendors must bring LED or battery-powered lights (no incandescents) and an extension cord with multiple outlets.

Food Vendors

We are seeking 5 pop-up food vendors or local restaurants focused on capturing the diverse flavors that capture the spirit of NJ’s vibrant gastronomic landscape. We are seeking only 1 dessert or sweet treat vendor.
Vendors are responsible for their own set-up at the event in a 10x10 space (bring all tables, certificate for fireproof tent, equipment, LED or battery powered lighting, etc.). *If you do not have a fireproof tent and are confirmed as a vendor, we will make accommodations based on your request.
Each food vendor will be allowed TWO 120v plugs. Any additional electricity is an extra fee. Vendor fee is starting at $200 and also includes two tickets.
If accepted as a vendor, food vendors will also need to apply and pay for a permit with the local health department if you do not have a Monmouth County License.

Photo Wall or Event Sponsor

We are seeking photo wall and event sponsors for our 2nd Night Market. Our first Spring Disco sold out so this is a great opportunity for your business or brand.

Showcase your brand: Show your brand off at the event, including table display options, handouts, giveaways, or Instagram-worthy branded photo stations.
Marketing potential: Sponsors can gain incredible exposure on our electronic communications including social media, website, emails and blog posts.
Sales & products: Event sponsors (if approved by venue) are able to set up a sponsor booth. Food & beverage sponsors will be featured at our on-site bars.

Refund Policy

By selecting Yes below and applying as a vendor, you agree to the Bazaar's refund policy: If there is a cancellation by the vendor: If a Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Asbury Park Bazaar by email to team@asburyparkbazaar.com. If cancellation notification is received more than 3 weeks before the vendor sell date, Vendor will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 3 weeks before the vendor sell date will not receive a refund. By cancelling, Vendor forfeits their spot at the Bazaar. If there is a cancellation by the Bazaar: If a cancellation of the Bazaar is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which may compromise the safety of vendors and participants, there will be a 65% refund to the Vendor.
