2025 vendor application

Apply as a vendor to Whitechapel Projects’ Mother’s Day Brunch + Market being held Sunday, May 11, 2024 from 12 - 5 PM. The event will feature a delicious Mother’s Day brunch, along with shopping from local makers, artists, designers, crafters and collectors; mother’s day photos and photo stations; music & entertainment; craft workshops; kids activities; delicious food & libations, and more.

The Bazaar is a juried arts and crafts retail event. We are looking for stand-out local and regional artists, makers, and artisan vendors who personally make and/or design their own handcrafted, handmade goods that are independently distributed and sold, as well as vendors who sell pre-packaged foods, drinks and vintage or handmade fair trade products. We are also seeking experiential vendors (i.e. beauty, chair massages, wellness brands, kids activities, photo moments, florists, etc. and local Long Branch businesses) We also accept vendors that design products that are produced in small quantities in the U.S.

The events are free, all ages and rain or shine.

LOCATION, DATES & HOURS

MOTHER’S DAY MARKET + BRUNCH AT WHITECHAPEL PROJECTS 2024

  • Whitechapel Projects, 15 2nd Ave, Long Branch, NJ

Application Fee:

  • Non-refundable Application Fee: $5. We encourage you to apply early. All applicants must pay the application fee to apply. All applications are reviewed by our creative team. The application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance and not applied to vendor fees. Note: You are not allowed to bring your own tent to any location.

Vendor Fees:

Sailcloth Tent Space: $175 per vendor. 6 x 4 feet. BYO 6 foot table or equivalent sized set up and chairs. No electric. Located in the back yard under a huge sailcoth tent (next to restaurant and back parking lot). Completely covered and protected from weather - vendors do not need to bring tents. You can access the Sailcloth tent through the restaurant, Chapel, and back parking lot.

Chapel Space: $175 per vendor. 6 x 4 feet. BYO 6 foot table or equivalent sized set up and chairs. No electric. The CHAPEL is indoors and accessed through the Sailcloth Tent area, courtyard area and restaurant.

PHOTO WALL / EVENTS-BASED BUSINESS PROMO. No fee. 1 events-based business needed per location. 10 feet of space where you will set up and display a branded photo wall and 6x4 feet of space to set up a table/booth to promote your events-based business i.e. florists, events & wedding businesses, sell products, etc.
