UPDATE! We are only accepting Vendor applications for Asbury Hotel, we are still accepting Sponsor applications.

We are so excited you are interested in being a part of the Asbury Park Fall Bazaar! The event is being held Saturday & Sunday, Sept 28 & 29, 2024 from 12-5 pm in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall (Sat & Sun) and The Asbury Hotel event space (Sun). Please select your location and space preference in the application, however, due to a large amount of applications and limited availability, we encourage you to select a variety of options/multiple locations. We are also seeking event sponsors and photo wall vendors. Please note: Food vendors are not allowed to apply at Asbury Hotel and we only allow very limited pre-packaged foods in the Grand Arcade.

The Bazaar is a juried event. Applications are reviewed by our Creative Team. The $15 application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance.
