We are thrilled to have you as a food vendor at the Asbury Park Spring Disco & Night Market on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 6-11 PM in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall. Please fill this form out below asap and no later than March 1st, 2025.

Food Menu/Description

Please submit a list of 3-5 menu options you intend to offer during the event. The earlier you submit, the earlier we can promote you on social media. Please include a descriptive post of food that we can share on our website and social media.

Electricity Requirements

Please type below and electical items you are bringing, what the electricity requirements are for each item, and if any additional electricity is required beyond what you purchased. This is due asap and no later than March 1st, 2025. The $200 payment fee includes a 10x10 ft space rental; two 120v plugs and 2 event tickets). BYO flame resistant tent and all set up needs. If you require a tent, please email team@asburyparkbazaar.com Additional Electricity costs: $75 for each 20 amp connection, $150 for 2 208v or 220v $125 each.

Social Media Images & Promo

Please include a description of your business/brand and what you are offering at the Night Market that we are able to use on social media here. Please email Instagram-worthy high-res photos to team@asburyparkbazaar.com so we can start to promo you! Or you can share links to your favorite photos on IG.

Collaborative Reels

In addition, we encourage you to make Instagram-worthy reels showing the food you plan on having at the event. If you have a social media manager - they can create this reel in coordination with our social media manager and we can post as collaborative post. Vendor Info, Requirements & Refund Policy

Thank you for reviewing our Vendor Requirements & Refund Policy: www.night-market-vendor-agreement-form-2025 All Vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI), naming the Venue as a certificate holder. Please email to team@asburyparkbazaar.com no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. The language is included in the link above. Food vendors must furnish a copy of their Department of Health Certification, to be present during the event. If you do not have one, please complete this form (https://www.co.monmouth.nj.us/page.aspx?ID=1932) at least two weeks prior to the event and email all of the forms to Matthew.Wysokinski@co.monmouth.nj.us and team@asburyparkbazaar.com.
