You must receive an official email invitation from Asbury Park Bazaar in order to use this payment page. This is the payment page for the Asbury Park Holiday Bazaar at Asbury Hotel! Asbury Park Holiday Bazaar spaces are first come-first served until filled. To confirm your space:
When: Sundays, Dec 1st, 8th, & 15th, 2024, 12-5 pm
Where: Asbury Hotel, 210 5th Ave, Asbury Park, NJ.
Note: We do limit vendor spaces in the following categories:
Candles (if you sell candles at all - please select this option)
Ceramics/Pottery
Clothing
Health & Beauty
Jewelry
If you do not sell these items, please select Other.
Vendor Fees:
Asbury Hotel LOUNGE : $200 for a 6 x 4 ft space per day per vendor. BYO table, chairs and all set up. Lounge spaces are the first spaces you see upon entering the front entrance. No electric. Please only select this space if you are bringing ONE table or a set up that fits in a 6 x 4 foot footprint.
Asbury Hotel HALL: $200 for a 6 x 4 ft space per day per vendor. BYO table, chairs and all set up. Located just inside the second entranceway and this space leads into the outdoor tented Terrace. The Hall includes a stage, holiday décor, seating area and food & beverage bar. No electric. Please only select this space if you are bringing ONE table or a set up that fits in a 6 x 4 foot footprint.
Asbury Hotel TERRACE: $200 for a 8 x 8 ft space per day per vendor. BYO table, chairs and all set up. Located under a large tent in Terrace fully covered and protected by all elements. No individual tents allowed. Space includes a seating lounge and holiday décor. The Terrace is connected to the Hall space and you can also access the Terrace from the side entrance (next to Transparent Clinch Gallery). No electric.
Corner spaces are $20 extra per day per vendor. These spaces are located on corners and open to two sides to traffic. We will email a payment link to confirm this separately at a later date.
Note: Vendors are not able to leave anything set up if doing multiple Sundays.
